The History of Corrigan Motors

Located at 120 Bullet Hill Rd. N Southbury, Connecticut 06488, Corrigan Motors has been serving the automotive repair needs of the local community for the last 54 years. We strive to deliver comprehensive repairs to happy customers.

Bob Corrigan opened for auto repairs in 1960. The Corrigan Motor Company was incorporated in 1981. Brian Todd partnered with Bob in 2006, then bought the company outright in 2008.

We work on all domestic and import vehicles.

We offer vehicle pick up and delivery, which is available upon request, and we perform daily air purifying and cleaning.

The Staff

Brian - Brian, the owner of Corrigan Motors, an ASE Certified Master Technician, and an Advanced Engine Performance Specialist, worked at Georgtown Shell in Wilton and Copps Hill Shell in Ridgefield until deciding to open Corrigan Motors in 2006. Brian became interested in working on cars while in high school and helping his brother Jeff work on his car.

In his spare time, Brian likes to spend time with his '67 Mustang, pets, and family.

Carmella - Carmella previously worked as a dental assistant. She started working at Corrigan Motors in 2006 part time answering phones and making appointments. Her duties expanded in time to oil changes, tires, and light auto repair. Carmella is ASE-certified in car and light truck maintenance. She grew up around her uncle's auto body repair business and caught the bug after working here for a few months.

In her spare time, Carmella likes to spend time with her grandchildren, her 2 cats, and dog. She enjoys reading books.

Ryan - Ryan graduated from Abbott Technical School in Danbury, Connecticut with a degree in auto body repair. After graduation he attended Morrisville State College in New York and changed his focus to automotive repair. Ryan is furthering his knowledge of automotive repair at NVCC. Before transitioning to Corrigan Motors he worked at Ingersoll Automotive. Ryan is ASE certified in Brakes, along with steering and suspension.  

In his spare time Ryan likes to fish, ski, ride his dirt bike and spend time with his family.

Mike - Mike is a certified Master Technicians and Advanced Engine Performance Specialist. He has been an automotive technician since 1981. Mike is a jack of all trades.

Mike loves music, the outdoors, and his family.

Dave - Dave graduated from Emmett O'Brien Tech School. He has extensive automotive service and parts experience. Dave enjoys sports, cars, music, and spending time with his wife, two children, and puppy.
